I have no doubt that the magnetic motors are functionally operative. Nevertheless, they are not being implemented. There may be many reasons for this (various theories of plots or conspiracies and organized  opposition, secrecy, suspicion of fraud, etc). However I think  that the main reason is  the absence of  a compelling theory of functioning:

bullet

 a conspicuous violation of the energy conservation law provokes opposition of a whole army of experts against the idea,

bullet

lack of calculation methods doesn't allow to organize mass production.

I think that I have created a full theory of functioning. It

bullet does not contradict the existing physical paradigm,
bullet reveals the source of energy (it is the air space),
bullet is confirmed by known experiments,
bullet contains calculation methods and experimental programs.

1. The State of Affairs

Ø      There exist experimental devices of Searl and Roshchin-Godin, proving the possibility of functioning of an autonomous generator built on the base of permanent magnets.

Ø      A full theory of the generator within the existing physical paradigm is developed.  

Ø      The coincidence of theoretical conclusions with the experimental results of Searl and Roshchin-Godin (there is no other theory for these results explanation).

Ø      Our own limited experiments consistent with the Searl and Roshchin-Godin experiments have been performed.

Ø      The present project has been developed, its content is described in chapter 6.

 

2. Top-priority Tasks

Ø      Establishing a design office with pilot-scale production

Ø      The design of  a first generator with adjustable characteristics

Ø      Developing the design drawings of the generator

Ø      Manufacturing, adjustment, tests of the generator

Ø      International patenting

Ø      The author, candidate of technical science

Ø      Consultant, physicist, doctor of physics and mathematics

Ø      Specialist in thermal physics
