1. Production

First of all we must note that there is no way to use any existing production faculities (plants) for manufacturing the proposed devices. A new plant must be built, without the accumulated experience of building plants for ADEPG production. Thus, notwithstanding the comparable labour expenditure, the investments into the proposed generator production will be higher than in the case of ADEPG.

However, in future   the production costs of the proposed generator and of ADEPG would be comparable

 

2. Maintenance

Maintenance costs for the proposed generator are much lower than maintenance costs for ADEPG.  It is caused by the fact, that in ADEPG there are many components working with high mechanic and thermic loads detonations in the cylinders, в цилиндрах, transformation of progressive motion into rotation, strick requirements for working accuracy, which are violated with wear. All these factors are absent in our generator (except the fricture in bearing), there is no mechanical transformers, no explosures. All these factors reduce the maintenance costs  significantly.

The absence of chemical sources of explosions energy increases the ecological compatibility and security of the proposed generator in comparison with ADEPG .

All the above said leads to an assumption that the maitenance of the proposed generator will be much cheaper than those of ADEPG - see Economy.
